All Wonders & Wonders products are shipped from Tallinn, Estonia.

 
 

STANDARD POSTAL SHIPPING

Products will be sent through Estonian national postal services - Eesti Post (OMNIVA) and a tracking number will be provided to the customer when the parcel has been shipped. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight and size of the parcel and the region that you choose.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Europe - 2 to 7 days
US/Canada - 10 to 14 days
Worldwide - 10 to 20 days

Please note that international post delivery may take 2-4 weeks during the holiday period.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP (Tallinn)

You can also choose “Free In-Store Pickup (Tallinn)” for the shipping option. This means that the shipping cost is zero euros and you can collect your parcel at our physical store at Pikk 9, Tallinn, Estonia.

You can contact us about our opening times by sending an email to info@wonderswonders.com or we will contact you within 24 hours after the purchase to schedule an appointment.

COURIER SHIPPING

Products can be ordered via a courier company (DHL, UPS, TNT etc.) To get courier shipping prices please contact us before checkout at info@wonderswonders.com.

Courier shipping is more expensive than standard postal services but offers faster delivery times, door-to-door transport and tracking of the parcel at all times. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and size of the parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

 
 

ANTIQUES & VINTAGE SPECIFICS

Antique & vintage pieces are considered used, and some may have slight imperfections or wear, as to be expected of antique/vintage items. We will note any major flaw, defects, etc. Photographs are also part of the description & at times can cause items to appear larger than they are.

ORDER REFUNDS

Please contact us in 14 days after you have received the parcel for a return authorization number and let us know the reason of return before shipping the products back. If the returned item is not damaged and of the same quality as sent the refund is provided within 10 days after the products are received by us. We do not accept returns of customized items.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

THE ACCURACY OF COLORS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED

We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.

WE DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING DUES

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. We do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to the shipping, these damages will be refunded by the postal services company.
